TV show Bhakharwadi crew member died of Covid-19 last week and a few others have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
A month after resuming filming for a TV show Bhakharwadi, crew members died Covid-19 last week. Several other staff members have also been tested positive for the virus and stopped shooting event on July 26th.

Creator JD Majethia Mumbai Mirror online said in an interview, “The sad incident occurred on the set Bhakharwadi. A tailor from our crew complained of weakness on July 11. The doctor gave him medication for cold and weakness. He worked on July 12 and the next day he asked for time off because he wanted to go home. As a rule in our production house, we keep regular contact with people who are not healthy. We also asked them to produce a doctor’s certificate when they recombine shoot. He reminded the group on July 19 through the message because he was not answering calls us several times. She went for tests on July 20 and we were surprised to hear about the news of his death when we called on July 21. We are dealing with a family member and do the needful.

Majethia told that many of the team members have been tested for coronavirus. He said, “We know we are in a situation that is very challenging and so we have consulted the best doctors. We have done a swab test of more than 70 people, including actors, technicians, workers, staff, and suppliers studio. Some of them have been tested positive and they have been quarantined. We follow government guidelines. ”

According to a report in Amar Ujala, the name of the deceased crew members are Abdul and that Majethia has confirmed that insurance has been given to the crew members in accordance with the guidelines. It has been quoted Majethia says, “Insurance money will reach Abdul immediate family, we are in touch with his nephew.”

Bhakharwadi stars Deven Bhojani, Paresh Ganatra, Akshay Kelkar and Akshita Mudgal as the lead cast. Deven had shared a picture of himself on Twitter on June 25 and had written, “100 Days! Last I’d entered my house on 17th March after ‘Pack-up’ of my shoot. Today came out .. as I resume shoot i.e. exactly on 100th day. Pata nahi apne baare mein unnecessarily ‘What an Achievement!’ wali feeling feeling as rahi hai.. hehe..”
